A. you should use Mamaearth baby hair oil and shampoo for her. they are chemical free and controls hair fall and gives good growth to hair too

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial.
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.
Iron and Zinc also plays important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .
A goodt care alongg with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your baby with almond oil and kalaunji oil and clean with amla shikakai and reetha and also you can apply any sulphate free shampoo.
