Q.

my daughter 3year old and is having redness near urine area.. there is no pain or itching no discomfort . she has left wearing diaper an year ago..so most probably not a diaper rash what can be done

A. avoid diiaper. keep her dry. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. If It is not a rational it could be due to some infection into that area it’s better that you get it checked once with your paediatrician because it is too much of redness and that is definitely due to some infection or irritation
