my daughter 1yr 2months, has very small white dots all over her body like a chicken skin since she was 7 months old before that she never had.is it due to vitamin deficiency. plz give a solution.thank u

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take a good care of your baby
