dear mam my daughter have small white dots in her skin . she is now 7 month old and it's any skin problem any thin serious ha pls expline

Milia is a harmless condition that temporarily affects your appearance and the texture of your skin. The condition doesn't need treatment and usually goes away on its own after a few weeks.
