Dear white dots or patches? if these are patches consult with pediatrician and sometimes white dots it happens due to sweating or dry skin. try using Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Wash and Lotion. it keeps skin hydrated and maintain the natural moisture. Also keeps dryness away and moisturized the skin upto 24hours.

Is it a recent development? Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand what is the problem. Get your baby personally checked by the paediatrician and seek guidance in this matter. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain , good luck and take care.
