Q.

My daughter 1.7 year old likes to eat unsoaked and unroasted cashews(1 or 2 a day).. I supervise her and she chews well, so choking isn’t an issue. I only want to know if raw cashews are safe for her digestion and bowel movements at this age?

A. hello yes cashew can be given raw n is absolutely safe to be given in limited quantity which should not a be a problem n absolutely nothing to worry about .
