Hi.. My baby boy 1 year 4 months old likes to eat maggi. Is maggi suitable for small kids or not. as he likes to have 2 times in a week. can I give or not. please suggest

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom.it isnt that a vrry healthy food having it occassionally is fine but not on regular basis prefer to use atta maggie , and add in fresh vegetables to it to make it more nutritious
