my cousin two month old son did not pass motion for four days, so they told to keep betal leaf corner in motion area along with coconut oil. after that he passed motion is the method right or we should not follow this

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. no need to do this. breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is normal consideration. tc

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Constipation is completely normal at this age of 5 to 7 days if your child is not passing motion it is okay but if you have any other option that you want to use and that is completely find it is not a problem you can go for that
