A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for mfore than two weeks then meet your doctor. r do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.
