my child was good and active till 9 am . he went school and came back by 12:30 and fever was 100. gave paracetamol but fever is not coming down. he walked 10 min at 12 in this heat sunny outside. is is hear stroke. how to treat it

A. fever is 100, not going up not coming down.. baby is okay not so active but had food.

A. it can be a sunstroke. More detailed information and also a proper examination can make sure if this is of concern or not so I would hence advise to do the need ful for the same .
