My son is 3 and half year old he have a fever 100 to 102 foot and palm of hand are cold day by yesterday he just take a sip of ice cream then gone for school after he came fever but he is active I didn’t gave a medicine but at night he have a 100 fever then I gave a P250 4 mL after that he was ok and sleep comfortable then in yesterday morning he was ok so I send him to school then after he came fever again 102 I gave the medicine at 4.30 pm but that time also he was active then he eat and sleep now I checked he have a 100 fever I gave now P250 is it ok
