my child's having tooth deccay ,i consulted a dentist and suggested pulpectomy. is it safe for my 3 yr old child?

Yup Absolutely because if that was the last option that the doctor has which is why your doctor must have advised you to go for it so go for it because the dentist know what would be the right solution and write it so I think we should just rest and go ahead with it
