my child one year and 3 month old and his height weight is low as per average weight, but he is active and his diet is very weak. what can I do for this?

A. Hi I would advice u to consult your Paed once as it may b due to some nutritional deficiency and that’s y the growth isn’t proper so in this case all the necessary supplants can b suggested by the doctor for an appropriate growth of your baby
