Q.
My son is 3yr & 3m old. his weight is 10.1kg & I think height is also average. He is very active. but we are worried about his weight gain & height. plz suggest some diet chart.

Ketki MehunkarMom of a 6 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. My son is also same.he is 10.5 kg and he eats the usual lunch and dinner though..are you giving anything extra to your boy?..even I am worried as he looks just like a stick

Yes your child should be somewhere around 15 KG as of now so your child is underweight right now to know more about it I think you should consult your doctor asked sometimes these things would be due to nutritional deficiency as well so you should consult your doctor to know more about it if any supplement would be requiredWrite Your Answer Here
