Q.
Hello..my baby girl is now 4 months 22 days old..she is active and smart but her weight gain is very low..she is just so small in size like she was 2 months..She is not growing in height and weight as much as babies of her age do. I'm formula feeding her and sometimes breastfeed also..her milk intake is also 60 ml average per feed its not increasing..plz help

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, what is your baby's weight and height and what were the same at birth? you should continue with breast milk/ formula till 6 months. if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health.
