my child ofen make a sound while breathing which seems to be like cough inside and the same sound during sleeping but our Dr. said her chest is clear ........ is there any problem with this sound

A. sounds can be fine. it s all ok as per the information given here so right now no need to be worried for still if you are not sure then can take an opinion about this so dnt worry about this issue.
