my child of 4years is only 11kg how should I help them fain weight they still eat blend food n not ready to eat solid...if I forcefully feed them they vomit

Hi mommy Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hygiene
