My child is vomiting at night for past 3 days with no other symptoms and do not have appetite. What will be the reason?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom could be tummy issue as vomit is a way to show food indigestion . So hence observe his motions , also avoid force feeding the child , you may also keep him more on fluids , give curds or butter milk they are natural probiotic and help with the gut health
