Hi my son is 3.6 years and has vomiting only in the night from past 3 days and his appetite is also reduced...can you advice

A. good morning I would recommend that you would try to give only light food which can be easily digested by the child and if the child is having problem of vomiting if we try to give nimbu pani to reduce this
