Q.

My child is under weight but he is still active too,doctors say that there is no problem with him,can you recommend weight gaining food recipes for my child

A. Dear parent, for your baby’s healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
