Q.

My kid is under weight but still very much active and healthy . Is there something to be worried about.

A. child should be healthy not chubby. still you should start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. Even my child is also underweight but he's healthy and active so no need to worry we have to provide more nutrients thru foods..

A. hi no ,as such no need to worry. but please give starch , energy and Protine rich diet to your child more. feed boiled egg , potato, sweet potato, rice,soya ,sago ,milk and milk based products more.
