still you should start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

but please give starch , energy and Protine rich diet to your child more.
feed boiled egg , potato, sweet potato, rice,soya ,sago ,milk and milk based products more.
