#asktheexpert Hi my baby is under weight during delivery 2kg. He was only 8kg at 1 year. now he is only 8.9kg. Is it okay?? He is very active in nature does it not make him more weight. I tried giving everything as per doctors. Shall I give any weight gaining drop? Is there anything so?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. 8.7 is not to be worried much new just need to continue giving good nutrition all green leafy vegetables serials and pulses so that baby get all the nutrients through diet try to engage baby in some of the Other activity and then feed your baby
