my child is three years old he talks himself responses to naming colors animals n sounds but he doesn't do any normal conversation for example if anyone ask what u had in the breakfast he doesn't answer when he will start normal conversation

A. Hello mom by now he should be doing small 2 to 3 word sentences .. would suggest to do some stumlation such as sing to him and ask him sing along too or you may also read some age appropriate books as well , and if these also does not show any much improvement also then please consult a speech therapist.
