Q.

HI Doctors, my son will turn three in sep, he recites rhymes, he recognises letters , numbers, colors ,shapes and animals. But doesn't follow any instruction and talks only one word which are limited . but whn he recites rhymes he does it with the flow. He easily distracts himself and doesn't pay attention. is it serious issue or alarming?

A. hi parent well please follow her milestones if he's abe to achieve it on time or delayed. talk to her maintaining eye contact reduce her screen time tell her stories preferably made by you.. take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky stop using Demineralised water for drinking use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 givr her curd lassi butter milk, seasonal fruits and soups
