my child is of 11 years and he does vomiting almost thrice a week for the whole day wat can b the reason ?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby ajwain ark and pomegranate juice for better appetite. also you should give your baby tulsi drops nd giloy juice for immune system. take care
