My child is four months old......May I eat dragon fruit.....??

A. yes you can eat dragon fruit take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach.
