Can Pregnant lady eat Dragon fruit

A. Yes you can eat dragon fruit but always prefer eating local and seasonal fruits and vegetables as they keep more healthy and drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet

Hi Yes as far as I know you can go ahead with it it is a very nutritious food but still I am going to advise you to consult your doctor before you go ahead with it because lot of Dr say that you can eat a dragon food and sometimes say no so you please take an advice from your own treating gynaecologist whether you can go ahead with dragon fruit or not
