Q.

My child is 6 years old. Suffering from teeth decay, low enamel on teeth despite proper cleaning and very less chocolate consumption. Though these are milk teeth, I am worried that the health of his permanent teeth may get affected. Also he has very strong smell in his urine despite drinking good amount of water. Is the speed in which tooth decay is happening is relevant to smelly urine? Please advise the treatment to cure and stop further tooth decay.

A. do start giving syp Ostocalcium b12 5 ml once a day with 2 to 3 serving of dairy everyday.. smelling urine can be a sign of a urinary tract infection or low fluids intake in babies.
