My child is 3year old and from past 1 month he is having dry skin on his back, but now whole body is like that recently doctor suggested some lotion by name Moistdew but after applying also the skin was same.....plzz recommend some other lotion

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day for healthy moisturised skin . .

Use Nmfe Vitamin E cream that is going to be a better choice to go for because it is pacifically for issues like dry skin and rashes so you can apply it regularly just go for a cream not lost on you easily find it at a medical store or you can even order it online if you want to
