my child is 3 nd half month and his eyes continually discharge after vaccination.what is the reason behind it

Maybe there is some irritation into the eyes of the child because vaccination actually has got new connection with that Badi Singh is normally Hai Bandhu to some dirt in to the eyes are the Aila not clean so you clean the eyes with warm or cold water as of now and still if you see that the problem is persisting then you can get it checked with your treating doctor on that
