My child is 3.7 years old. by mistake I gave her 6ml of maxtra syrup.. please suggest if it will affect her or lead to any problem

A. a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episodxe and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry. it is importaznt that in the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines
