I gave my 20 month baby 6ml dose of paracetamol 250 mg at once by mistake

It is almost 2 I think you’ve given too much of extra dosage so don’t give medicine as of now and just check if your child is sleeping for a longer duration because when you give too much higher amount of paracetamol it makes a child really very dizzy apart from that if you see anything abnormal in the behaviour then you should consult your doctor
