My child is 3.7 years old and he has vitamin D deficiency. He had been given vitamin D injection by the doctor for the same. I had heard about the little joy multi vitamin gummies .is it ok to give to the child as my child eats limited variety of food in his meals.

A. Can be given just check it’s composition as they are not of very much help and include ragi makhana drumsticks in his duet and expose him to direct sunlight daily for 30 mins
