My vitamin D is 24. Please suggest the vitamin supplement for the same. I am 32 years old.

Hi The supplements cannot be given just like that vitamin D is given in different form sometime it is given in form of tablet sometime it is given in terms of injection so it’s better that you consult your doctor they will advise you the right way to go ahead with it
