Q.
My child is 22 months old.but still he didn't speak any meaningfull word compared to other child. he only soeake......C, mama babaaa etc but in his own.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the child will be able to say meaningful words by 15 months to 18 months of age and by 2 years of age the child will be able to say 2 or 3 words with meaning in a sentence.
sometimes the child may not be able to talk but the child would be able to understand and follow the commands and orders given by the parents.
if you feel that the child is having somed delay it is advisable to meet the pediatrician who will decide if the child requires any tdherapy or not in the form of speech therapy as well as other modes of therapy for development in social and language milestone.

That’s normally you should try and communicate more and more with your child gets a educational toys like Board books and all that is also going to be good for increasing the speech of bottom bottom line is the internal communicated better things are going to be avoid giving any kind of time to your child
