My child is 2 years old, but his height doesn’t seem to be increasing. His weight around 10 kg. Could you please suggest what I can do to help him grow? He has also become quite stubborn lately.

A. Hey! Add good amount of protein and fats in your child’s diet. Give your child dal, lentils, pulses, nuts and seeds. Add ghee and butter in the diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced.
