You can
1. Eat lot of vegetables, fruits & lean protein foods like skim milk, low fat paneer, egg whites, pulses, Dal's.
2. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk & fried foods
3. Exercise daily

Makes some dietary changes.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food...
Avoid eating rice and potatoes as they increase the weight.
Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your weight.
