my child is 2 year 3 month old he has a stomach pain last one week ...when ever he eat food is ko pait dard chalu ho jata hai.. what is the reason of that plss tell me .an what should I do...plss

it happens because of many reasons like indigestion, overfeeding, force feeding, constipation, gas etc
so please offer small and frequent meal
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child
give Massage to your child daily
give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
maintain good hygiene.
