my child is 2 month old and I am breastfeeding him. can I eat prwwn will it effect him

A. Dear mum, you can surely eat prawns even if you are breastfeeding your 2 months old child. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion.

A. hello you should be avoiding prawn while you are breastfeeding your child especially when the child is more and completely dependent on the breast milk..Seafood sources that are lower in mercury include salmon, tilapia, catfish, sardines, canned light tuna, shrimp, scallops, crab, squid, lobster, and clams, among others . You can safely enjoy these seafood products two to three times a week while you are breastfeeding.
