My child is 1and half months old . His weight is not gaining enough .What to do with it?

A. Dear parent, you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. That’s the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. If baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then do not worry.
