my child is 18 month and he is having only four teeth till now ,what is the reason for it?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate eruption of teeth

There is no reason for it because there is no problem net a child can have Satham complete set of teeth by the age of three years so you should completely wait for that much of a time to happen and right now this is completely normal and common don’t worry about it
