#asktheexperts My Son 21months Old..He had only four teeth on top and Four on Bottom.They are not completely in. What is the reason?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 days agoA. Eight teeth are already there the other 12 will also come over the period do not worry about it as you may not know this as the child should have the entire set of teeth by the age of three years so right now with enough time to reach the milestone
