you mean to say a child is preeme baby ?
if yes then I advise to be extra careful.
as seasonal change affect a child lot.
give more and more breastfeeds
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday
