Q.

My child is 14 months old, she doesn't want to eat anything.. she doesn't like any kind of sweet.. I have very limited options to give her.. she is not taking any suppliment..

A. morning try homemade breakfast. if not give ragi porridge/ sooji porridge/ banana porridge/health mix/ homemade Cerelac mid-morning fruits and dry fruits , nuts, dates Lunch rice fish potato/carrot/ beetroot, etc evening any healthy homemade snacks ( egg, pancakes, etc) dinner health mix/ dosa ,etc don't give same food daily. you can include a pinch of salt if baby doesn't like sweet

A. Hello mom Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution and now your baby is more than one year old so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. So you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby and baby should take at least four meals in a day
