Q.

my child is 1 year ..and he drinks lots of water . is it harmful. how much water a one year should intake. he is not breastfeeding.

A. Hello mom anything over taken is harmful, so in total a few sips throughout the day would be ideal, as thirst to. A very extent depends on the climate conditions as well.

A. Hello good morning !! Having water is good for health , skin but too much of drinking is not good. If he is having less than 500-700ml then don't worry... As baby is one year you can give fluids like barley, coconut water, buttermilk,dal water, rice starch for Hydration and water every one to one and half hour. If baby having more quantity per feed then give it in small glass or narrow open cap, bottle or sipper so that he will consume less water..

A. good morning there is absolutely no problem of the child is having water in a good quantity in fact it is good for your baby I would recommend you to I to meet sure that the child is having lots of fresh fruit juice also
