my child have belly pain not anytime for sonetime

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl8 months agoA. This is may be occuring if the baby is not fully hydrated, also observe during stools discharge baby will cry due to constipation. This is purely lack of water in the child body. If you are stiill feeding to your child, as a mother yoi must take more water.
