my child has cold last one month nw he has little lump back of neck under skin is it normal with no pain

It could probably be just a lipoma which is a fat ball it does not have any negative impact but you have to get it examined with your doctor to have clarity on this and whatever the situation is a doctor would be able to give you better guidance on that
