my child had a cold, I gave him maxtra syrup 3.5 ml. with this he has slight fever so I also gave paracetamol 3.5 ml to him. But he coughing now. Can I give him Maxtra syrup for this? or how many days? plz suggest.

A. you can tread the baby for simple cold and fever for a day or two but if the baby is having symptoms persisting if the cough of also do not experiment with the baby please consult a doctor for proper treatment
