Q.

my child got fever from today 1pm, we have him paracetamol 250mg 5ml, on 2pm and 5:20 pm and 9:45. after 9:45 pm syrup the fever is not decreasing after 1hr, what to be done

A. Why are you giving medicine so quickly to the child it is not advisable you have to maintain a gap of six hours in between two dose of paracetamol as of now you should do cold sponge that will help in reducing the temperature and if it does not then please visit nearest hospital for further assistance as I’m not aware about what’s the temperature exactly
