Hi my son is 4.3. He is having fever and I gave calpol 250mg 2.5 mL at 9 pm. Can I give Ibugwsic oral suspension now

A. yes you can give it in right dose. if temp is not high manageable with paracetamol then it is better to give paracetamol. offer him lots of liquids n rest
